Waiting area inside is clean, well sign posted, has accessible toilets and a lovely cafe counter where a adequate range of foods are sold. The lady I met behind the counter, was super friendly, helpful and chatty. I would make one suggestions to those in charge, that is to install more locations for charging phones. With the ferry’s accepting ticketless boarding, being able to charge your phone is one less headache...
