What can I say about rode hill fishery, firstly what a great place to fish and the prices are so affordable. I fish the new lake and caught 108 silver's ( Roach, bream, gutchin, perch) and 1 common about 4/5 pound. I met the owners of the lake, father and son, and both seemed really nice. I asked them if they did membership for the lake's, and they said not yet but will be soon figuring out prices. They mentioned that if you go there on 10 different occasions and keep your tickets for proof, you get one session to fish free. They are also looking into getting children into fishing. The venue was really clean and the fish condition was the best I've seen.

And now the bad points to make this a fair review, The toilets are not good or even hygienic, as you can see in the pictures attached. Plus, the tap on the sink doesn't work, or no soap or sanitisation gel, even a portable toilet would be better. I'd advise bringing your own toilet roll as none was provided.

Overall, I would give this place a 4 star rating with the tidiness and the cleanliness of the lake's with well-kept fish, meaning it's a great place to fish. Just the welfare facilities make the place lose a star, or I would have said 5 star rating.

I will definitely be back to fish again, and I highly recommend it to others...

Very well managed fishery and friendly the owners son was very helpful . Me and my wife really enjoyed the fishing at rodehill farm we was staying local and fished a few days that week before going back home we caught lots of carp ranging from 3 pound up to 12 pounds with an average of 5 pound the fish were in very good condition and there was a lot of fish to catch would definitely recommend here we will be back at some point this year...

Fished the middle lake with a friend that was new to fishing. Had a great day with 7 carp between us (on 2 rods) and we had a few runs that didn’t fully connect. The lake provided a lovely natural setting with good sized and well maintained swims. The bailiff was friendly and provided some guidance on the lake which helped us have a successful day. All-in-all a very nice and reasonably...
