Wound 100% recommend!! I have never been to a gin distillery despite loving gin, so I was very excited for this! I went to the 2pm tour, there was a 5 of us in total and it was very relaxed! We got to learn about the story of Martin & Claire and how they made the gin. We even got to see the wax dip process to seal the bottles! The tasting was so interesting and due to an interest to another bottle, they kindly allowed us to taste it! We even got a goodie bag at the end, and it was delicious! The shop had a huge variety, including their alcohol produces but also candles that smelt amazing!! All the staff were so kind and helpful and just made the experience that much better, thank...

Had a fantastic visit at Dunnet Bay Distillery, doing the express tour while undertaking the NC500. The tour was informative, and the samples were fantastic 😅 It was great to have the opportunity to touch and smell the (used) botanicals, and this offered something we've not experienced on distillery tours previously. The distillery is small so we didn't move around from where we were (may be different on the longer tour). The lovely lady in the shop was happy to provide a taster of one of the items I purchased when requested, and offered a taster of another as well! Lovely place, friendly staff,...

One of the single most informative distillery/brewery/whatever tours I’ve taken in a long time. The passion for gin, the history, the provenance, the science. Each is explained in ways that ensures you leave with a thorough knowledge of why gin, especially small-batch like their Rock Rose, is so important. The explanation of the varietals, the herbs, the infusions as well as taking you through a “smell” test all lends credibility to the work being done. For 15£, the tour is worth it (and you even get a small gin/tonic takeaway bag...

I stopped here with my sister-in-law while on a tour of the northern highlands and it was hands down the highlight of the day for both of us! The owners were so accommodating to our timing and our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and so enjoyable to talk with. We tasted several and both purchased a couple bottles. The tasting room was gorgeous! I highly recommend stopping here if you’re going north and trying their gin if you’re in the UK!
