Jungle Creek Softplay & Adventure Golf — Local services in Scotland

This was the first time at Jungle Creek. I booked this for 4 Adults and two children 5 and 3. What a fantastic time we had. Firstly we arrived quite early I noticed my granddaughter’s name was not on the nice list. I spoke to a very friendly member of the team, who spoke to I think a manager. The name was soon inserted. Great start with service, but it gets better!!! We were then met at the door of the soft play area by Sharon again fab service from her. She didn’t have a table quite ready so she asked us to see Santa and she escorted us to the Grotto. On entering the grotto there were two friendly elves and Santa (the best). Santa told the children a story. We had photos taken and the kids got a small gift. In no way were we rushed it was one of the best Santa experiences ever. We then went to our table where we had lunch which was very good. The soft play area is very clean and tidy plenty for them to do. It was decorated well for the season with lots of Christmassy decs. The kids wrote their Santa letters and posted them there. After this session finished we went off to the crazy golf which again looked very festive ….kids and grown ups enjoyed. All in all this was one of the best experiences for a day out to see Santa. Another nice touch was the whats app message the night before from Santa for the kids saying he was looking forward to seeing them. This team are passionate about service and it’s evident it’s a well managed venue. 10/10 Jungle Creek...

You know if I could leave more stars I would, I bought tickets for a play session in the soft play and golf from here a while ago and went the kids had a fantastic time and they got included a meal in their tickets the staff were very polite and helpful as I had never been and showed me where to go and explained about the play then golf or vice versa. I had seen a voucher for the princess tea party to which I bought tickets because the kids had such a fantastic time at the play session bought the event. I left the house not knowing what traffic would be like as I stay over half an hour away and I actually misjudged the traffic. When I got there the man on the desk was understanding and he told the kids they could join the last 10 minutes of a play before we had to sit in next door to wait for the set up of the event rather than turning us away and to come back, the event its self you could see effort was put in down to the little details on the cupcakes of princesses, and the entertainment they got in of the ladies singing and dancing with the kids they all loved it, they also had a buffet included with finger foods and sandwiches and they also got a little glass of pink lemonade with glitter and a strawberry the kids loved it! Honestly the staff who run this place must love their job because they really put a lot of effort into the place with making sure it's kept clean and their attitudes are polite and helpful.

Would like to say thank you so much to jungle creek and the "real" realest Santa ever , the team at jungle creek go above and beyond and this year was no different , we normally attend ASN nights but couldn't make the dates this year .So we went to this weekends breakfast with Santa ,Can I say the team as usual were great with all requests for food for both adults and kids and even accommodated my little guy who has loads of allergy's and food aversions with no problems at all x Santa was amazing and spent time with all the kids X He convinced my son that he was the very real Santa by discussing with him what he wanted for Xmas and indulging him with some information about flying his sleigh in space ( my son's fav topic at the moment ) we then went a wander through the golf to solve the puzzle the elves created X honestly if you are having any doubts for any of your kids , no matter what age , don't , Santa has time for the tiniest babies to the big ones like my boy who still " believes " .So just get yourself booked in , you Def will not regret it X thanks jungle creek thanks Santa , see...
