Fantastic walk & worth every step to get there. Stunning views. Access can be a slippery even in fine weather. Easily accessible by strong walkers. The incline can be tough going for the young but our already walk toughened 6 & 7 year old managed the view point easily & we went on over another mile plus up onto the hills.

Stunning views on clear sunny days of the islands and peninsula as well as Largs itself. Plenty benches to stop for a rest and admire the views. A few picnic benches as well for those needing to partake of some refreshment. Just remember to take your rubbish away with you!

Beautiful view from the top! Had the whole place to ourselves and the hike up wasn't too hard either. took us around 45 mins on our slow pace. we started our hike from douglas park. A volunteer at the park gave us a map and told us the way up : )

Amazing views, well worth a quick stop. Picnic benches at the carpark were accessible through, however there wasn't much of a view from there. That being said you may be able to see more in autumn or winter when there is less growth on the...
