Lots to see on this walk. Site of ancient hill forts. Very interesting to see, there is a good information boards giving a background on the area, its history and the local wildlife & flora & fauna.

The paths have a good surface and are nice and wide. Walks can be as long as you like. Some of the time you are walking in the woods. Great views from the top and also the hill Fort. A very easy climb too.

A nice area for kids too. There are many sculptures, some hidden in the trees and so on. These are fun to spot and would be something kids would...

It's a lovely place but ruined by the poor management of the Woodland Trust. We arrived for an evening walk to find a barrier and a notice saying it would be locked at dusk. No time given. So when might that be? No idea. Had to park unsafely on the narrow road outside. So the yobs win again. And then the Woodland Trust want you to donate. Not a chance. Put up some proper times on the gate instead of threatening to lock people in for...

Good views and plenty of exercise going over the hill from the South Carpark to the North but signage along the way was sorely lacking. I took a photo of the map at the carpark entrance with my phone and referred to it during my walk but there were still many undocumented splits in the path leaving me wondering which way to go. Would otherwise have...

The walk from North car park is straightforward and well marked, not too steep, saw person on crutches walking it. Moredun gives you the best view as it is the highest point and also a hill fort. 360 degrees viewpoint and can see the Falkland Hills, Dundee and the bridges, Perth and surrounding hills, Friarton Bridge and rivers Tay and Earn.

Really good hill walk with the little ones. There's a lot to see along the trail (there are various options). Gives really good views over the local area and there is some information which details the history of the local area as a hillfort.
