Ordered our food to collect and they said 10 mins, got there after 7 minutes and waited a couple more minutes . Only took us 5 mins to get home and our food was barely warm and also my curry sauce with my special curry was really watery. This tells me my food wasn't cooked it was warmed up from either being chilled or frozen beforehand. 1st time ordering from here as recently moved in the area . Will not be ordering again . With so much competition in food you would think they would want returning customers but obviously didn't care about the quality of food we were having. First time ordering from The Golden House and it’s the best Chinese we have ever had. We spoke to a patient and helpful lady on the phone when we ordered. spent about £50 and didn’t regret it at all. cheap with huge portions;the chicken balls were big with just enough batter , and the sweet and sour chicken was also full of perfect bite size pieces etc.fast delivery who managed to find my house (no other delivery driver has ever before) and got plenty of free stuff. We usually order from here atleast once or twice a month and it's usually spot on. Although recently we have noticed some food of less quality than it used to be. After receiving this salt and pepper chicken tonight, I am put off ordering again! My children ate this too, I am unaware if amy of theirs had anything on them so they may have now eaten whatever this is on the chicken as well as myself! The rest of the food is now in the bin!...
