Safari Tots — Local services in Somerton

Once left 4 stars for this place. Now...its disgusting there! And the root problem....ownership and staff! One lady in particular older (the mother) i belive. Needs customer service training if she wants to keep the business going. Extremely rude and very confrontational! Also the price has gone up to £3. I took 1 child to visit friends. Was charged that for a 5 month old who did not use the play area. I bought a coffee as well so ended up being the most expensive cup ive ever bought. Also very rude to one of my friends who came in with us(has no children) for a coffee morning also purchased a drink but was questioned buy this miserable older woman about her even being there! And was made to feel uncomfortable. I will be amazed if they stay in business with her serving people!...

My son had fun here and the price is reasonable BUT! I didn’t feel it was well-cleaned, the next group were queuing to come in as we left so despite claims of Covid-safety, nothing was being wiped down between groups. Then we were allocated a sofa right by the toilets which stank horribly after an hour with dirty baby nappies, and no staff did anything about it. The toilets are also - ridiculously - right next to the cafe, which made my stomach churn… There wasn’t any parking for our car even though we’d booked, so that was annoying. If you’re very local and it’s pouring down then it is worth a look, although I’d request to be seated far from the loos! For us it won’t be worth a...

We had my sons Birthday Party here last Friday after school and I am so pleased we went with Safari Tots!! They were absolutely amazing at accommodating a large number of children for both the soft play and lunch boxes! Communication was fantastic and the price in my opinion was really good for the amount of children that attended! They had the entire place to themselves for 2 hours and accompdated to dietary needs for some party guests so well, even checking with the parents before the children had the lunch boxes. Could not recommend Safari Tots more for a birthday party. The staff were amazing and made my little boy feel...
