I would have no hesitation in recommending Ralph Skripek and his wonderful team at The Butlers Pantry for any catering requirements you might have on the back of the outstanding job they did supporting our Wedding at Knockerdown Cottages this past month.

Whilst I am sure they will have had far more technically intricate and challenging tasks to overcome, what we had asked of them wasn’t just ‘tear off the top and add water’ standard Wedding catering.

We had an outdoor garden party with street-feast style food in mind from the outset and the Butler's Pantry either met or exceeded our brief in relation to everything they kindly worked so hard on for us. From the street-feast type food we were after, to how it was going to be served we knew it wasn’t ‘standard’ and I’m sure it wasn’t easy to deliver that service on the day but Ralph and his team were top class.

I’m not sure I can think of anything he actually said “no” to.

Our guests had a wonderful time, everyone with special dietary needs was catered for perfectly and even our most discerning guest (a lovely lovely person but someone who usually complains about something being wrong with every meal I have ever seen him eat, has a very particular palate !) cleaned his plates and there can be no higher accolade than that. All of that, plus just how Ralph's team conducted themselves on the day really did contribute in many ways to the relaxed and casual ambience we wanted and we are so appreciative of that.

Suffice it to say that we will champion his services whenever we get the chance, and it wouldn’t shock me in the slightest if we held another family event at Knockerdown in the years to come and we will certainly be approaching him in some form or other to see what he might be able to add to our family gathering.

Just back from honeymoon and one of our first jobs is to write a review about the incredible food, service and experience The Butlers Pantry provided at our wedding a couple of weeks ago.

The food was impeccable. We had nothing but rave reviews from our guests, with several people telling us it was the best wedding meal they'd ever had. Every course was beautifully presented, tasted delicious and not a beat was missed in terms of those with special requirements etc.

Not only was the food perfect, but also the delivery. The service ran like absolute clockwork, I was worried having the speeches in between courses might get a bit clunky, but the team cleared/served each course so efficiently and worked alongside our MC to ensure the whole thing rattled along beautifully and it made the meal feel like a real 'event' - exactly as we'd hoped.

Chris the chef was superb on the day and the team of young waiters/waitresses were an absolute credit, all incredibly polite, friendly and thoughtful.

We just wanted to send a message with our heartfelt thanks to you all.

Our wedding reception was perfect and this was down to the amazing food that was served. All of our guests commented on how wonderful the food was and how the presentation was fantastic. Even those with ice cream were pleased with the little fruit extras!

The evening buffet was a great hit as well. Thanks for helping us to sort our cake too, we appreciate it was last minute but we really had run out of time and energy at that point but again we were so grateful that you put it together for us and that really helped.

The serving team were so friendly and helpful and we really couldn't had asked for anymore from the service you provided. communication before and leading up to the wedding was effective and fast and we really felt confident you were a great supplier but after the wedding we are certain and will recommend The Butlers Pantry to anyone who needs your service.
