The staff seemed very unhappy. I waited around ten minutes to be served while all the staff were taking phone orders, battering fish and preparing phone orders. Not once did anyone acknowledge I was even there. Finally got served by a miserable woman who almost threw my chips at me without saying a single word, no thankyou or anything. While I was waiting a customer asked for two tail end cod to be put in and the women serving threw her arms in the air and let out a big sigh.

The food was not bad, the large sausage was rather good and the chips were not the best but certainly not the worst.

The staff were the only real negatives...

Waited 1 Hour and 40 mins for delivery even though only 1.7 mile away. I could have walked there and back twice in that time. As for the food, Sausage in batter and chips. It looked and tasted like it had been re-fried or left under the heat lamps from the time it was ordered. The batter was a dark brown colour rather than a golden colour that a decent chippy would provide. It was very thin, not much thicker than the sausage skin itself! This is one of the worst places I've been to! Ordered through Just Eat.... Waited 2 HOURS for the order to be delivered for it to arrive incomplete with missing food items. Called them up to have the lady tell me to call Just Eat and get a refund even though we bad paid cash on the door!! When I asked her to deliver the missing item she went on to shout that she'd had enough of people complaining that night and put the phone down on me. Customer Service was appalling and good merely...
