What an awful company to deal with! Despite spending many thousands of pounds over the years, I requested a missing invoice for £216 and was charged a further £12 just to send a simple email! The only company I have ever come across that charge customers for providing a simple VAT receipt. The one given at the till was unreadable due to lack of ink! Terrible experience. Very bad quality workmanship and extremely poor customer service. Shed door deformed after 4 weeks and company unwilling to refund or amend (supposidely because of staff shortage). They will claim that the wood and installation are under guarantee but none of it is. We spent in excess of £4000 in total in this local company and we are terribly disappointed. I've dealt with a couple of guys that work here. One is fine and the other is a complete jobsworth. Very difficult fella to deal with. There are plenty of other timber merchants in the area so why not just be friendly and helpful and not make it more difficult than it needs to be...
