Love Warranty — Local services in Wakefield

Absolute rip off and useless, will never be buying a car that is covered by this warranty again, dealer said the only thing it doesnt cover is the brake pads and discs plus it would cover some wear and tear too like suspension etc just not tyres for wear and tear it'd only be for a burst tyre or something which is a complete lie (I've been looking into the finer details of the warranty agreement, it even says if they think it's an act of God your not liable to claim and you have to take the car to a garage to get diagnosed but then not get any work done until they approve 'your plan' and if they don't they'll choose a garage for u, really how long do they expect u to wait to hear back a no because god broke ur car), I've just had my turbo booster pipe or something burst and it's only like 200 to fix so not a biggie but not the point, why spend £400 on a warranty if it won't cover the cost to fix problems just over a month after purchasing a car when its supposed to be a year long warranty and they only wont pay out because I have my car booked in for new tyres tomorrow and the garage said theyll do the pipe then too and obviously I want and need my car soon as for driving to work and general day to day stuff, i dont live in a town or city where everythings around the corner its a half hour walk to the shop which doesn't have necessities and about 2-2:30 walk to work at night and back...

Dealing with Love Warranty has been on of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. This company is amazing with providing a hassle free approach. On the first occasion they liaised with the garage immediately, then on completion of the work the balance was settled instantly. On the second occasion they identified an independent assessor to review the issue. This proved to be the correct decision as the issues identified by the dealership wasn’t correct which would have costed a substantial amount for unnecessary work.

This is highly professional company who pride themselves on excellent customer service/experience. I can’t recommend them enough. Can’t be anymore grateful for the help they provided during a stressful time. if only other companies based theirs values on honesty and integrity...

I highly recommend Love Warranty. I'm often a little sceptical about warranties, but I took out an extended warranty on my Jaguar I-pace after buying the car through Redline Specialist Cars (their sister company). 6 months after purchasing the car, the air-con system had a leak, so I claimed on the warranty.

The Jaguar garage were surprised by how good Love Warranty were, compared to other third party warranties. Love Warranty paid out quickly, they didn't quibble about the cost of labour and there was no excess to pay. The whole process was just seamless!
