The plateau reaches its highest point of 754m above sea level on its northern rim overlooking the head of Cwm Cwareli.

A 754m summit with amazing views of the central Brecon Beacons mountains. Part of the amazing horseshoe walk, the path is easy to follow and tracks the edge of the mountains and keeps you constantly aware of the drama of your location.

The walk up is quite tough but once you've done the ascent the walk around the mountains is actually quite gentle.
