Great walk up via Blaen llia car park .Took the path just left of the cattle grid on Sarn Helen rd and followed it up to the Trig point .Very boggy in places but manageable.Descended the opposite side via path heading for Devils Elbow on Sarn Helen rd .Followed the road back to Blaen Llia .A fantastic 5.5 mile loop ,outstanding views and very peaceful and tranquil.Highly recommended ⛰️🙏

A wonderful mountain topped with a photogenic trig point and a nice stone cairn. Wonderful views of the surrounding mountains and a few different ways of walking this mountain. Also has a small stone windbreak on the summit to shelter whilst having a snack. This is a very exposed mountain so make sure you are prepared with the correct layers to walk safely.

Great walk to the top - didn’t take as long as I thought it would even at my snails pace! Stunning views all round - well worth a visit 👍

Really enjoyed going up to the top of Fan Nedd. You can get to it either from the Heol Senni to Ystradfellte road at the Devil's elbow or from the red clay road to Fan Gyhirych. There's a tall cairn on the northern end but the actually apex is toward the southern end. The views are great from either point. If you're in the area it's well...
