Walked to Penn Cerrig-calch above table-top 'mountain', and then continued on to Pen Allt-Mawr. Both proper mountains. A lot of the footpath between the two peaks is very rocky, so some risk of tripping. Mostly level between the two peaks, it took about four hours there and back. You could continue to a third peak - Pen Twyn Glas, but this would mean going down into a valley and then climbing up again. The walk up via Crug Hywel (Table Mountain) can be steep in places but is well worth it. The path cuts along the mountain side and offers wonderful views. It's also easy to follow, so makes it an easy walk in terms of navigation.
