A fantastic and challenging course (especially with today's wind) with a lot to offer (whether you just started or are an Open division player), and I've only tried the red/amateur and the blue/intermediate layouts. It's a pay to play course, which may be a turn off for some, but it's maintained very well, has a shop (with various discs from various brands) that offers a small variety of drinks and snacks (sadly none being dairy-free), and you can play as much as you want for just £16 for the day (no booking needed).

It's mostly a cart friendly course, but some holes will test your ability in pulling/pushing your cart (which is a pain, but at least you can get around with one) to get to tees and baskets, and the shop has a limited range in discs. There are some baskets (at least 17 and 18 on red/blue) that seem prone to spits out.

I recommend this course to anyone, although you'll need to bring your own food if you want more than some drinks and snacks (or if you're dairy-intolerant or vegetarian/vegan).

Also, if you lose a disc there, they (the team that looks after the course) will likely find it and text you or post on their FB group about it...

What an excellent experience. It's very reasonably priced, and the regular 18-hole course takes around 2 hours. It feels very chilled out and it's great fun seeing your friends throw their disc the wrong way. The holes have plenty of variety and challenges. I'd highly recommend this.

Edit: I came back 3 years later and it felt a little tired. Some of the holes on the longer course were now closed and they had diverted us to a few holes on the same ground as the shorter course. However those ones were long and crossed many of the short course holes which were in use. So it was impossible to do them.

A couple of holes are also very close to the river. It's almost like they want you to lose the Frisbees so they can charge you. A bit odd.

Overall we had a very...

A truly phenomenal disc golf course set in a beautiful part of the country. Fun, challenging and immaculately maintained.

Different courses/tee pads for different abilities, so whether you are a serious player taking on the black 'pro' tee layout or a family/group looking for a fun way to spend a few hours on the short course, Quarry Park really is the place for you.

Disc rental available for those who don't have their own discs and it even has a fully stocked disc shop (to replace anything you accidentally hurl into the Avon! 😭😂)

One of the very best Disc golf courses the UK has to offer. Utterly worth a visit, I'll...

Fun day out. We booked online, which was easy to do. We had a dog with us. We went for the long course, and it took it nearly 2 hours to do, maybe we were just rubbish. Signage around the holes could be a bit clearer and we did have to wait a few times given that on the course the short course and long course would share the end goal but start at different locations so sometimes you'd find some one on your hole. Beware that there is a lot of water around on the long course, we lost a frisbee in a stream and had to pay £5 due to loosing it. But we had a lot of fun, good covid procedures in place.

Quarry Park Disc Golf Course is a gem! We've visited three times with the family, and each time has been a blast. It's an easy game to pick up, but becomes delightfully technical, akin to real golf. The staff are incredibly friendly and offer helpful pointers for beginners. Highly recommended! Great parking and the course itself looks fantastic. Kudos to Albery and Geff, true superstars!"
