Amazing place to go. Beautiful views 360 ° and complete silence. Very peaceful place if You are looking for relaxing walks. Wild animals makes it more interesting and unique. You can take a dog but keep it on a leash and we found that parking is free. We will come back again ☺

Highest point in the South of England. Easily accessible via the army tracks. Fantastic views over all points of the compass with a simple walk to Yes Tor to the North and Dinger & Lint Tor to the south. Well worth a visit, particularly in the winter

What a view. Maybe not as interesting as yes tor, just because yes tor has more features, but as the highest point on Dartmoor its gotta be done. When we arrived it was very changeable frkm icy drizzle and thick fog to clear and sunny in a matter of minutes which was amazing...

Highest point on Dartmoor, and highest point in southern England. More often than not it's windy, as there is nothing between this high point and America (or if you go SSW, over Antarctica to Australia). One of the easier Tors to get to, but the weather can change...
