Drivers are incredibly friendly, great with kids & hold the whole day together. Pit crew are rude, disorganised, poor at communication & customer service.

Health & safety nightmare when my 11 year old little boy was finally (after a nearly 3.5 hour delay) called for his drive only to be stuck between a pit manager and a driver shouting insults at each other over his head & then both storming off, leaving an alarmed child completely unsupervised on a race track.

Photographer also went AWOL so children missed out on the professional photographs of them sitting in the drivers seat etc.

The photos that were taken couldn't be handed out on the day due to a malfunction with the equipment & a gazebo flying into the laptops they use to process them.

I spoke to management on the day & was assured that someone would be in touch soon to discuss what had happened and to rectify.

Didn't hear anything so I emailed them.

Then I filled in their post event survey.

Still nothing 3.5 weeks later.

I only gave a 2 star rating because my son did eventually get to drive the car he'd chosen but this once in a lifetime dream experience for my mini car fanatic, turned into a literal nightmare & I actually think it's disgusting that no one been in touch, especially after such a dangerous breach in...

Very poor organisation! After purchasing the 3 car supercar voucher, as a 21st Birthday present we then informed that to drive certain cars would result in an upcharge. As it was a special birthday we paid for this along with video, full photography package and a hot lap. After the first 2 cars we was waiting over 2 hours due to no instructors available. Staff became rude and unhelpful when questionned how much longer we would have to wait. Next the hot lap came around and he had to share the car with 3 other people when others had the car to themselves. We asked to wait but were told we couldn't as it was too busy and everyone had to share now. The video package extras did not work (they said this could not be guaranteed) but at least we saw our son in the car driving which is what we paid for! Next the photos. The photography centre (if that was what you called it) was under a gazebo open to the wind and rain. A large gust of wind took the gazebo cartwheeling down the field and with it knocked out all the systems, so no photos. Several emails and phone calls and we are still waiting. Finally, all the cars are restricted, so yes you do get to drive a supercar but that is it. Don't...

Not what I was expecting at all. Free carparking available on driveway entrance to the venue. Not a laid out carpark as expecting. Very laid back, bit rundown in places, lacking any effort. Not too much in terms of facilities. There is a cafe on site & toilet facilities Staff encounted all polite, friendly & passionate. Needs better communication between track and event organisers. Turned up for a Mclaren driving experience, (which I paid extra for) after checking several times in advance- including on the day that the car was running, to be told at the track that the car was infact not at the track. They offered another car instead. Yes, sure I'll pay three times as much to specifically drive a Mclaren and instead just switch to any other available car. (Car of course broken down on the day of the event, without a back up available). Cost a small fortune, in hotel and travel expences. Anyway, sure its just a one off out of the event organisers hands and next time...

Great little race track hidden in the Lincolnshire countryside near Gainsborough. Used to be an old airfield that has now been turned into a fast but tricky little private race track. Plenty of parking, good free viewing spots. The facilities are rather basic but you will mainly be there for the race experience you have chosen. A word to the wise, most are provided by Car Chase Heroes. They used to be great but now very very commercial and all about selling you add-ons, so avoid the hard sell and just switch out the background noise and enjoy the experience. One tip - They don't provide insurance free and charge 25 quid!! if you don't pay they hold a £1000 from your credit card, yes I did say £1000. Ignore it very safe race course and just a rip off which they use scare tactics to get you to buy. Big shame as has ruined what used to be great day out.

A nice easy circuit to throw your track or road car around. The Cafe is the only place for hot food so get your breakfast in early. After the safety briefing and some forms you are good to go.

Great venue for a car experience day would be great of smaller amounts of participants at any one time. Alot of waiting about and have to listen carefully to be shouted. Waited 1 hour between the first car and the 2nd went to the toilet with my son after the 2nd car only to miss the 3rd car being called just 5 mins later so someone else was sent so had to wait another 10 mins. I understand why there's this rule to keep the cars flowing but a speaker system would help meaning whilst waiting you can spectate rathe than just stand around pit lanes. Spectators also have to walk all the way round understandably for safety but as a single parent I couldn't be in 2 places at once. So had to run after the 2nd lap back to pit lane to see him drive back in and exit the car. All in all a good day just some little tweaks would make it easier for all
