The Fat Squirrel, in Westwell near Burford is a fabulous place for a corporate event, or just a fun place for a gathering for a birthday or get together with friends. Our company took part in axe throwing which Dave delivered in a safe but ultimately competitive way, where our winner stated at the start she would be lucky to even get an axe to hit the target! This was followed by a gathering around the camp fire, with popcorn and hot drinks, while Kate and Robin cook the most amazing hot dog sausages, which are then served with delicious home made squirrel sauce (no actual squirrels are harmed in its production). My fiance and I visited on Fri 15th Oct and was warmly welcomed by the staff. We were very lucky as we were the only ones that had booked, however, the ladies working were very attentive and made sure everything was perfect for us.
