Was given a courtesy round here today by the club manager/secretary, thanks so much, we had a very nice day. Also I'd like to thank the lady who served us our delicious sandwiches and ice cold beer, she's wonderful and so very friendly. Now to the course, it starts with a friendly par 5 to get you going then a long par 3 to remind you, golf is hard. The longish par 4s have nice and wide fairways and fairly large greens and fairway bunkers seem to be out of the way so you can score well. The wind on this course would be a major factor because its wide and fairly open, today it seemed to be in our favour. The course is in great nick, nice lush green and the members who we spoke to on the course were very friendly and helpful. We played from the yellow tees as we were guests so it mate it slightly easier I suppose. A nice day was had and I reccomend this place to anyone. I took my new driver here and gave it a royal whirlington. Front nine's lovely, back nine gets a bit samey. The condition of the course was outstanding, especially the greens.
