Bought their raw milk for the first time, and can I just say... Best tasting milk I have ever tried, and even better kefir! I can actually drink my home made kefir with no added anything when made with their raw milk (as compared to store bought, even tried the cream top low temp past. non homogenized versions) not even close. Thickens up perfectly every time too, when I used to have constant issues with my kefir either staying watery or separating into curds when using store bought milk.

I also stopped drinking my coffee with milk/cream and sugar a long time ago, and prefer it black. For kicks I tried some with just adding some of their jersey raw milk instead..... my oh my, I might just have a new preference. And it even tastes slightly sweet naturally without adding any sugar. I think my favorite combo so far is with their jersey milk and just a little squirt of maple syrup. This will be our new goto place for milk.

The owner was very friendly and answered our barrage of questions in a friendly manner (despite him probably hearing them for the 50 millionth time from visitors).

Oh and the ice cream is delicious too. People rave about the chocolate milk, might try that next time, I tend to prefer to make out own out of the raw milk, but gotta at least try it. and some...

I love cooking with the best quality ingredients and this creamery makes my list without a doubt! Our family makes a trip every few months to restock, quick and easy honor system for payment and a friendly chat with the farmer. We have thoroughly enjoyed the raw milk, chocolate milk, butter (amazing! tastes rich, creamy and with a hint of cheese) and the family favorite cookies and cream ice cream (best I've ever had)!

We also enjoy the local raw honey for sale, it is dark and rich in flavor compared to most I've had.

Great family owned and operated dairy. The family is the sweetest people. They always make time to talk, explain and teach. They have a big selection of made fresh on the farm ice cream(sugar-free options), butter. Milk is raw or pasteurized, there raw an chocolate if our favorite. They also let people watch milking at 2pm and can pet an take pictures...
