I'm serious when I say other businesses should take note of the way Chimney Techniques values their customers. This place sets the bar high! Every single employee and the owner were friendly, welcoming, professional and went out of their way to ensure I was able to get the pellet stove I wanted. When I came in with questions, prior to my stove arriving, they answered them and didn't treat me like I was a "bother" to them. From my first visit in the store, I felt more like a friend than a customer. I even ran into them at the Home & Garden show and had a question. We ordered a new hot tub cover from Chimney Techniques last summer (2020). It was a replacement for an old soggy cover that we'd had for 10 years. The Covid season required us to wait on the manufacturer for more than 3 months before it came in. After the installation it was obvious it was the wrong color and wrong design. Chimney Techniques responded quickly and at no cost to us reordered another while we used the temporary replacement through the winter and early spring. We recently had a wood burning stove installed by Chimney Techniques in our new home. They did a great job helping us find the best option and price.

Initial install went wonderfully but we had an issue, no fault of Chimney Techniques, but they went above and beyond to solve our issue. The owner even made an after hour trip to our home to fabricate a custom piece to appease the county inspector. The next inspection passed! Well done Chimney Techniques!
