So many flawed pieces with outrageous prices. A few gems worth the price in between. Customer service is horrible. Inquired about an item they posted on Facebook. Figured it sold since I never received a response. Nope. Walked in and saw three of them. Wasn’t buying it now. No prices on several items. When I asked an associate about them I was told she would have to contact the consignor. Walked around for about 20 minutes. Never saw the associate again. I would of left right after she told me she had to contact the consignor but the person I was with was buying something. Who doesn’t put prices on items and expects the customer to wait around for them to get back to the associate? I already had a few pieces I was planning on buying in addition to the ones I was inquiring about. The situation annoyed me so much I decided I wasn’t buying anything from them. Another sale lost due to poor customer service. Then the person I was with was overcharged and given attitude when returned to have it fixed. They had no idea how to void a cc purchase. I was also there to check out the place to see if this is where I would want to set up a booth. I would never want them to represent my business. That was also the first thing the person I was with told me after the issue...

I have shopped here for several years. I have never left empty handed. They carry very eclectic, fun, cool and rare things—everything from vintage furniture to cool knickknacks. The staff is helpful but not pushy. Price range is from very affordable to some expensive things. It’s a high end consignment store in 40,000sa ft of retail space. McKenna is a great salesperson. She was so helpful and friendly. I went in for a lamp and walked out with three lamps and a painting. She understood my sensibility and suggested things that were spot on. A really fun place to look around and shop. A visual feast. One of the best I have ever been. Most of my house is full of things I purchased there. So cool. Kathryn the owner is knowledgeable and when she helped me she kept referring to herself as “the hall monitor” because she said she is forever being summoned, called upon, tugged on—I was dying laughing. This place is great on all fronts!!

Read moreBeware of buying anything that you are expecting to work. i.e. grandfather clock, lamps, mantle clocks. This store will quickly tell you that they are not involved with your purchase of any items, you are buying directly from a vendor. Although, those vendors are not there and the sales people represent those buyers in negotiating sales. We purchased a grandfather clock, emphatically told it works, arranged for the owner to transport the clock to ensure safe transport and set up. The clock did not keep time and the chimes did not go off when they should. Neither party wants to be involved with the resolution. We now own a clock we have to...
