The food that I got was really good. I got an Italian sub with the extra sweet pickles (it's rare to find someplace that provides sweet pickle chips). I thought they had a lot of meat on it (no need to get double meat which is an option) and the roll was soft yet had a slightly chewy resistance to the outer portion of the Roll which was enjoyable. I did order delivery through the doordash app and I was very impressed with that interface and this business's menu. There was one booboo with the second sub that I because it was different from what I ordered so the fault was on "Herbs on the curb". Doordash was great about it since I ordered and paid through them that's who remedied the situation by giving me three options to correct situation. I chose to just get a refund for the wrong sub. This is more than generous since the sub was a good sub even though it wasn't the one I wanted to eat so I only asked for a refund of $0.60 for the difference between the sub I ordered in the sub I got. If they had gotten the order right I'm thinking it would have been a 5-star rating. I would definitely order from here again but you'd have to check the order before the delivery person leaves. I called them to simply verify that the order was correct before they started making it. The man who answered was immediately confrontational, raising his voice to say āSir, we donāt deal with DoorDash orders, you need to take it up with themā. I calmly said that I only wanted to verify that my order was correct and he kept cutting me off to tell me to take it up with DoorDash. After a minute or so of this back and forth I asked him if there was a problem because I didnāt understand why this escalated so quickly. He again repeated that I needed to call DoorDash. Then he told me heād already given me āmore time than he usually does with others about thisā. All I needed was find out if my order correct or not so I didnāt get the wrong order. I never thought Iād get this from a local business I was trying to support. There is NO menu on line so I asked about a salad with some shrimp salad on top and he tells me he don't have any shrimp salad left over from the weekend.
