Don’t believe the four star reviews. It’s a hard appointment and more than likely your product that needs to ship on your trailer is going to be picked at your appointment time which will accumulate into several hours of waiting. You can check in prior to your appointment and wait at the staging area until you are called. Don’t bother pre-cooling the trailer until closer to the appointment. Checked in at 10:15am for a 7pm appointment. Took my 10 hour break on site. Assigned a door at 7:15pm and departed at 9:30pm. The only thing I can complain about when it comes to this facility is that I've gotten loaded here twice now and each time I get to my delivery to find I'm missing a load bar when there has been plenty of room to put it back in my trailer. Either start reimbursing drivers for stealing their equipment or make sure your employees are putting them back when they secure the load. Load bars aren't cheap!
