I recently sold my M3 on consignment with Acton Auto Boutique. I was initially skeptical about selling my car by consignment, but Olek and AAB were highly recommended by a few other shops that I trust. I immediately changed my mind about consignment after Olek explained the process and their business philosophy. The team at AAB are passionate automotive enthusiasts and deeply knowledgeable about enthusiast vehicles, and the market for buying and selling those vehicles. Real ‘car guys’ all the way.

When I brought my car in to review with the team, they assessed the strong and weak points of the car, placed a retail value that was even higher than I expected, and took care of some detailing and touch-up work to make the car ready for listing. All while keeping in mind the target value that I wanted to walk away with after the sale. Olek and Chris took a bunch of high quality photos of the car, listed it on their website and major third-party sites. The listing had all the standard vehicle info, but also included important details highlighting the condition, records, and service history of my vehicle. This personalized write up was much better than the cookie-cutter template summaries from most dealer/listing processes. Within 3 days we had an acceptable offer and the deal was done.

Throughout the process, I was kept informed of the work on my car, when it was listed, when leads were coming in, and ultimately the choice to agree on the final price was mine to make. AAB made the process easy. There was no pressure or rushing. Each step was done in a professional and yet personal manner. They took care of all the paperwork, handled inquires and ensured the buyer was qualified to make the purchase. This allows the seller to avoid the headaches and paperwork of selling a car!

I recently bought a vehicle from Acton Auto; specifically Edelina. For starters, I've never bought a vehicle from a dealership; secondly I've definitely never have, nor did I ever think I would actually buy a vehicle sight-unseen over the phone/online ESPECIALLY a German sport car from a boutique type dealer. I don't think I would be too far of base if I said most of those reviews you see are really predictable in the "bait and switch" or quoted me one thing and the bill of sale was another; nasty or confrontational responses to customers reports of unsavory practices. Stuff that turns me off immediately...

I am happy to report that, Acton and Edelina was NONE of that. She made this very possible and was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was communicative, responsive, and honest in her assessments of things I asked. She send videos, photos, called me to ask follow-ups and really went out of her way to address everything I was concerned or interested in. She helped me coordinate a PPI and went the extra mile in fixing a few "punch" items that the inspection revealed which I was VERY happy about. I didn't have to beg or negotiate this which was super refreshing. The bill of sale was the bill of sale we had talked about initially; no gimmicks at all! Further the place I had perform the PPI said that the folks at Acton were top notch and they are pretty choosy on which vehicles they source and or keep for sale. End of the day, I am super happy with the process, the vehicle and Edelina's service was exemplary. I'm in Colorado, and searched for my dream car on line for over 6 months. Happened upon a car that fit all of my wish list at Acton Auto Boutique. After sending a message to them, Chris got back to me and we started to text. He answered all of my questions, took me on a virtual test drive, provided a plethora of photos, a certificate of integrity, a third party comprehensive vehicle condition report, and a full pre-purchase inspection report. I asked if my mechanic could speak with the third-party mechanic about the car, and they accommodated that request as well. They were asking a fair price, which I happily paid. They had the car shipped to me, and I absolutely love it! Zach, the owner, stayed in touch with me throughout the shipping process to make sure it got to me in perfect condition. I love my new BMW 440! It is everything I was hoping. After driving it for about a month, there was an issue with the headlight. I asked if this was something they covered since it was pre-existing. Zach said it was not, however, he gave me $225 toward fixing it. He Venmo'd me the money within an hour after I sent him the invoice. This company is a real class act. They called me back within minutes every time they said they would, and they held the car for me while I processed my loan out of Colorado. I highly recommend them. They are honest, and professional! I felt like they were my friends by the end of it all. They made sure I was happy with my purchase, and that everything went smoothly.
