We were headed to Red Top Mountain as a family for a memorial weekend camping trip. Eggs, for breakfast, is how I keep the kids full and without a fridge I had a dilemma. I needed to find unwashed eggs to take with us. I found Sherry's eggs. The location was not far from the mountain so we were able to grab 3 dozen eggs for our trip. I am used to keeping eggs out of the freezer since living in France and not having to refrigerate our eggs. The eggs were delicious! The yolks were big and a nice orange color.
