The Butterfly Pavilion — Local services in Acworth

When we started venue hunting we wanted a romantically, beautiful outside venue that spoke for itself, many places we found were so far away from the metro Atlanta area that when we found The Butterfly Pavilion nestled 20 minutes away we had to see it. We had our wedding in 9/25/21 and it was everything and more! Robin and her team were extremely helpful, considerate and fun to work with. The pavilion is lane they grew up in and you can definitely tell in the care that they take of it. They literally leave no stone unturned and are so helpful with seating layouts, little decor things they have that you can use and etc. The venue itself is so beautiful and adventurous, there are so many “picture” opportunities around from the hidden lit up sitting chairs, the twinkle light dance floor, the meadow and the Pavilion itself. This is truly one of those venues that you can walk in and leave “As Is” and your event would still be breath taking. The groom and bridal suites are gorgeous and will make you feel so pampered your entire day. We truly were made to feel like family at the Pavilion by Robin and her team and I’m so happy that we get to be apart of their new family of people who got to spend their special day on their magically beautiful grounds!...

May I just begin by saying: Perhaps this would be an appropriate venue for a wake or funeral. This venue is absolutely beautiful and the price was reasonable; however, there were several glaring issues with the management. Robin is unavailable quite often and is routinely slow to answer questions. When she does answer, it is usually via email and is not entirely clear in her responses. Further, she did not allow us access to the venue the morning of to simply drop off supplies, despite attempts to pay generously extra. There was a rehearsal scheduled up through 10 minutes before the party was to begin, which is wildly unprofessional. She claimed the party was “out of control” when we were smoking cigars OUTSIDE the venue, as directed. If you are going to manage an event space, understand that the people that are there are celebrating an event. Celebrations include dancing, music, a celebratory cigar, and the understanding that accommodations will most likely need to be made. The accommodations requested were not extravagant or unduly restrictive to the Butterfly Pavilion. Neither my friends nor family will ever recommend The Butterfly...

The Butterfly Pavilion was AMAZING! Such a gorgeous venue and the staff was INCREDIBLE! Highly recommend this gem of a wedding venue! Robin, Frangela, and the rest of team did such an unbelievable job prepping us before our big day and keeping everything running smoothly during the wedding day! We didn't have to stress about any venue detail the day of. The spaces are customizable and they offer so much flexibility for vendors and layout, so you can see your dream wedding come to life! Robin also had recommendations for vendors, which was great for us since we were planning it out of state. From the open-air reception area to the stunning tree-surrounded ceremony space, the gorgeous tables and chairs, the secluded swings, and I cannot leave out the gorgeous bridal suite—this venue really has it all and I could go on and on.
