Stone Falls of Ada — Local services in Ada Township

We moved into Stone Falls of Ada almost 6 months ago now thinking that we’d live here for a year or so, but after our wonderful experience with Jonah and the rest of the leasing office staff and maintenance staff, as well as the general friendliness of the rest of the residents, we will definitely be staying for longer!

I cannot say enough positive things about the leasing office and Jonah! Through move-in, general maintenance requests, a lease transfer, questions about apartment events, etc., Jonah has always been there and ready to help. If you email the leasing office, they always get back to you within a day or so, and maintenance requests are usually very timely as well. Not to mention, all the staff is extremely friendly when you see them out and about in the complex.

In addition, over the past 6 months a lot of effort has been put into maintaining and updating the complex grounds- new sprinklers make the grass all green and new hydrangeas and rose bushes around the buildings make for a wonderful atmosphere. The grounds are clean and residents seem to genuinely enjoy meeting other residents, whether it’s through a walk around the complex or spending time in the dog park.

Working with Jonah at Stone Falls of Ada was the best rental experience we've ever had. From day one, Jonah was kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful—he truly went above and beyond in every way.

We had a lot of moving parts during our relocation, and Jonah handled every question (and there were many) with patience and care. He provided detailed information and even had the unit personally measured to help us figure out what furniture would fit. When plans shifted, he adapted quickly and made sure we found the perfect unit—one that worked beautifully for us and our two dogs.

He also helped us navigate move-in logistics, coordinated with maintenance, and even supported us through an after-hours arrival. Honestly, his support made a stressful out-of-state move feel manageable—and even exciting.

The Stone Falls of Ada community is peaceful and thoughtfully designed. The apartment is beautifully updated, pet-friendly, and includes amenities like a dog park, pool, 24-hour fitness center, private 2-car garage, and valet trash service. It feels like home already.

Best apartment complex EVER! In fact we would buy a unit in here if they were selling! We have lived here almost 4 months and love everything about it. Our first impression was it feels like a mini resort, and you know what? - It is!!! The ammenities they offer are absolutely beautiful; the saltwater pool with tropical cabanas, fully-equipped gym, lush and well maintained landscaping, the newly constructed outdoor kitchen and the gas firepit/lounging area just to name a few! Oh - and they also have pedal bikes available for the tenants to use whenever! And, they just offered trash and recycle pickup at your front door - how amazing is that?! They are also very dog friendly and the tenants here actually pick up after their pets - unlike some other places we've lived! The management team is super friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and "at home"! I think what we love the most is the unit floorplans with the high ceilings, huge closets and windows galore! Plus the attached garage is a definite bonus. The complex as a whole is very quiet and well situated to 28th street, the interstates, downtown GR and Ada. Its worth every penny to live here and like us, you will not be disappointed if you decide to call...
