Latta Flower Shop — Local services in Ada

I live out of town and have family and friends that live in Ada so I need floral arrangements often throughout the year. I normally use Forget Me Not Floral but decided to try a smaller floral shop. I completely regret it. The flowers I ordered were an utter disappointment to the picture I saw online. I made sure to ask if they had those flowers available for the arrangement in question and the lady assured me that they did. I chose the arrangement from a picture on their website which constituted of several options with measurements of the arrangement. I saw that they had three options available and when you click on the image you can select the price and the image will change to bigger or fuller arrangements the higher in price you go. I made sure that she understood what picture I was looking at and what price matched with it, I also explicitly emphasized that I wanted it to look like the image and she assured me it was going to look like that. I completely regret not sticking to Ada Forget Me Not as they have always done wonderful arrangements for me and giving this place a chance. The customer service and arrangement were exceptional. I called late after hearing about the loss of a friend’s father, I thought maybe I could have a plant delivered. The incredible response I got was if I wanted a floral arrangement she would be happy to do that. The arrangement was so very beautiful! It was even stunning from the back. I payed 157 dollars for this… 5 roses most of them look old. It looks nothing like the picture. Also I payed to add more than the photo online.

120 for the flowers 20 dollars more for the deluxe and the rest is taxes and shipping. I do not recommend this place at all. You’d be better off at Walmart. At least they won’t scam you.

Last picture is 15 dollars at Walmart. Had to cut them myself and use my own vase but I DIDNT GET SCAMMED. Are they trying to get my wife to divorce me??? Lol...
