I had a truly frustrating experience at this place, largely because of the lady working behind the counter. From the moment I walked in, she barely acknowledged me, and when I asked a simple question about a product, her response was slow, dismissive, and unhelpful. Her behavior seemed off—she appeared very disoriented, and her speech was slow and slurred, almost as if she were under the influence of something. She seemed completely uninterested in assisting me, and when I tried to explain my needs more clearly, she didn’t make an effort to engage or offer any useful information. It felt like I was a burden just for being there, and it made the entire visit uncomfortable. I’ve never experienced such poor and unprofessional service, and it made me seriously question how this business is run. This store has issues with people that can't understand English. I have no problem with immigrants, but if you cant hear the difference between a corn dog and potatoes, then perhaps its time to consider a career change. Most of the other employees are fine. I have a problem with their minimum purchase when using a credit card, I've made decisions not to buy there because of that. Great little stop on hwy 99 between Monmouth and corvallis, You can get hot deli items and fountain drinks as well as some common everyday items, chips and soda and everyone's favorite.... candy. Located in a sleepy little spot called Adair Village ( also Famous for its military history and now Pheasant hunting ). This store has arisen from the depths of despair. A couple months ago, it had been severely neglected by the local management. I happen to know how far this Little outpost store has come.
