And the staff seem to be close as family . My husband and I bought our first home and needed a king size bed well I was out one day and came up on this location. Went inside I had a amazing sales rep by the name of Ms Deb she was so happy friendly and helpful definitely made me feel welcomed and didn't get impatient with me when I couldn't decide which set I wanted because the products were all nice ❤️ well long story short Ms Deb helped me make up my mind and we went into the financing phase she commented me on how well my credit appear to be once I got approved we set up a following delivery date and time. The delivery guys were very very amazing will helpful very happy very professional. They set up our bed room set . I love the people in this place. But they do not VALUE their long time customers.. I purchased a lot at one time.. BIG BIG MISTAKE 😩 the furniture looks good and that’s all.. the furniture quality is just not good furniture.. Straight plywood!!! RUNN AWAY !! you will be back in fixing and repairing, swapping out furniture.. I was very patient with this place.. until It became very exhausting.. trying to work with them .. they will report late even when you’re on time.. I have paid and not even received credit on payment.. I think someone stealing is in the midst some where.. so if you want a total lost and give away tons of money while they report lies to the credit bureaus by all means .. this is totally the place for you.!! I will never purchase anything from this place ever again. Where do i start? First off the furniture is low quality not worth half of what they charge. Bedroom set was nothing but particle board. I had to add real wood slats to the bed because the cheap ones would bend to the point they almost snapped in two. The mattress that we purchased already has dents and sinks after having it a few months. Then lets talk about the harassing phone calls. Only being late on the payment a few days they call my wife’s phone and called my job. Not only that they came to my house and taped a threatening letter on my mailbox over one missed payment after i made the payment online. You will be better off buying from Rent-a-Center than...
