I Was looking for a very specific part that was not easily available Phil Whitman not only found the part but gave me multiple options for purchase, pick up, and delivery. While this order was not a large order in value or quantity it was treated as thought it was the mot important order Phil was working on.

You can call someone who's not in the building (working from home). If you need outlets you need to give them all details - numbers, etc. The person I talked to, couldn't hear me. I also couldn't hear him. Basically I was unable to...
