Do not I repeat do not buy from them. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. When I originally order these, I talked to a lady (don't remember her name) but she was awesome. Told her what I had going on and new the bars would be longer and was trying to get stuff to powder coat and could get the bars done later. They had a set of the rear brackets there and she did go ahead and send them out. Took my truck in about the middle of Oct to get my lift put on. Ran into some issue with other parts. Which delayed getting the lift on along with getting parts powder coated when they were removed. Fast forward till Feb 24th when the shop tried putting them on. I was informed something wasn't right, but they were going to try a few things just in case there was an angle on the bar or if the plates had and angle. When that didn't work, they let me know and I reached out to Upcountry fab. Reached out to them via a phone call on Feb 27th and received a text back from Alex about an hour later. Let him know what was going on and he asked for pictures. Went to the shop on the Feb 28th to get pictures. Sent them at noon that day. Heard nothing back until late Monday when I sent another text about the lack of communication and not opening up text messages. Was told his phone broke the week before. However, he sent a text on the Feb 27th and 28th not sure exactly how that works. Bars ends where about 6-7" inside the frame from the center of the mounting bracket for the frame. His suggestion was loosening up the U bolts and pull it to where it needed to go. Also asked for pictures of how the rear brackets should go. This is after he said that he has done "hundreds of these kits over the years" but all of a sudden, his computer crashed and now there all gone. Here are pictures of the conversation for validation including the last text I sent him today which is March 7th. I will happily remove this review if replacement parts are sent or will update if I get a response. Update: Sent another message on March 11th with not having a response from the last one. Was sent a message on March 12th that the phone was had not been in area with service. Also on March 12th Per Alex, he is working on them. March 17th asked for a estimated time. As I read some of the posted reviews I tend to get a bit uncomfortable. In small businesses your word and your reputation is all you have. One practice I have in my business in to only take deposits from customers and never a full amount until I deliver on services and the customer is satisfied or mutually agree to part ways. So far I will say this company has communicated very well but it's very uncomfortable to have 1400 or whatever I spent back in July of 24 out there and not know if I will ever receive these bars or not. When I first told all my fellow ARMY buds in the truck show world about the work I saw that they did it was very impressive. Now think of their confidence when we do shows and I'm asked when are you getting your bars man... ikinda just stopped talking about it. Close to going to the Shop near me that offered to do some for me with a 2 week turn around and a Veterans discount. Business is hard and sometimes you can over promise and under deliver. I'm hoping these guys can find the balance to win you guys overs and have a successful business in the trucking world đ. Hang in there guys and keep on trucking . I will update this to give an honest review as time goes along.
Update sent a few emails didn't get answered not cool but okay it happens. Placed a few calls finally got a text message that someone would look into and get back with me... I reached back out after not hearing back and last thing I was told was that they were in fabrication so I don't know. I think I've mentally checked out on this one. I will continue to update as this plays out. Still praying for the best but ....

We took my husbandâs truck to get a new engine replacement. Ever since dropping his truck off there we have experienced nothing but lies and excuses from the owner (Alex Buck). Itâs coming up on October of 2025 and we do not have a truck with a new working engine and we do not have our $20,000 dollars that we paid him. He said he spent our money on other things and was unable to buy our engine and never even ordered the engine with the down payment he asked us to provide him. We told him we no longer want him to work on our truck and we would like our money back. He then told us that he doesnât have our money and is unable to pay us back. This is also not the first time he has done this and owes many others money. We proceeded with getting a lawyer involved and it turns out he is in multiple lawsuits for doing this to other people as well. It sounds like we will not be getting our $20,000 dollars back as Alex states âyou can take me to court but I donât have any money to give youâ.
