My Ethan Allen dining chair ripped at the back corner of the seat, where it met the back of the chair. It did not appear there was even enough fabric to make the repair. I took the chair to Justin who said he could repair it - looks like new and you can't even tell! He only had my chair for a few days before it was complete! Now I am looking for more projects for him to help with! Justin is very talented and really takes pride in his work. I would not hesitate to contact him for any of your repair or custom upholstery needs. He has lots of talents...if your not sure if he can help...I would not hesitate to ask! Justin is very skilled, and he's great with customer service. Yesterday he fixed the adjustment on after-market seatcovers we'd purchased. His primary service is creating beautiful, tailored, custom seat covers. We saw what he was working on for other customers; the work was high-quality....

He did not follow up on his promised repairs. Called 12 times with no return call. Finally texted me where I could pick up the piece he had as a sample. Had to drive 40 miles to location. He wouldn't come out to offer an explanation. Cost me time and money to try to do...
