So we are half way through a 2 hr movie when the manager comes in and starts talking to my child. Clearly my 12 yr old is not an adult and she should not have spoken with her. It's dark and I didn't realize that with such few people in there that we had to be in the exact seats we purchased... She lost her mind accusing me and my kids of sitting in seats that weren't paid for instead of just asking to see our tickets and politely informing me that we were a row on front of where we were supposed to be... She demanded we pay for the seats or move so once she tells me to sit the row behind us, I turn around and there are people in our seats! I had to make her stop and come back so she could make them move. So she makes them move and other people move so they can sit in their right seats and so forth. No one even needed to sit there! No one purchased those seats (where we originally were and had to move from)! She upset my kids and frankly pissed me off. I told her after the movie she was very un professional and all she wanted to do was talk over me and be more disrespectful. She disrupted the movie for not only myself and children, but everyone else in there too. She was as ugly on the outside as she was on the inside. I hope they fire her. I was a manager for years, customer service at that, she does not know what that means. Mjr you failed. We have only been there a few times and won't be going back. I found out a seat heater button in the seats is what the fuss was about. We didn't pay for the seat heaters that we weren't even using! They just lost the few customers they had. Spent over 70$ on tickets and popcorn and snacks and soda for that? Next time I'll just go to Toledo...
Read moreThe day before the showing I checked the website for show times. A movie said it started at 12:30 but didn’t really start for an hour later and I confronted the person selling tickets and she said the show times posted in the theater were the ones from the website, which I do believe her but I just gave her a friendly reminder when I checked times before coming in it said 12:30. Bought the tickets anyway but the lady doing the tickets told her manager and was at the refreshments and the manager didn’t handle the situation well at all. The manager was speaking very loudly about how there website was right and how the “guest” needs to double check next time because they aren’t right and how I needed to change my attitude because they weren’t going to change showtimes for me. Maybe being the manager isn’t for her 🤷🏽♀️ Like I said I didn’t care I just bought tickets for the later movie. I just think the management staff shouldn’t speak loudly when they know the person is standing right there and maybe they just shouldn’t say anything at all and just ask the staff if they made the correction to me...

We left something in a theater and it seemed that the employees wanted to pick fights about everything.
We weren't allowed to check for the item until after the movie, which is fine, so we decided to wait until the movie was over.
My son and I sat at the bar, and a girl with curly black hair named Raiya stated, "he can't sit at the bar it's law and our policy and there's alcohol right there. I asked to see the policy and she said I couldn't. There is no alcohol at the bar as shown in the picture. She was SO RUDE. And yes, at this point I was already angry that they couldn't do more to help us. Also, the alcohol is locked up as seen in the picture.
The customer service is usually pretty good, but tonight, it was HORRIBLE, especially when my son needs his stuffed animal to sleep. (We fully understand that it may not be there for whatever reason, but we know we had it there and didn't leave with it.)
I'm hoping the GM or corporate will reach out because this experience is certainly disturbing. We had to wait...
