DG Market — Local services in Advance

2 problems with this location that you do not run into at other locations. 1) though corporately they advertise that you are allowed to get cash back up to $40 when paying by card, this location does not allow you to get cash back whatsoever. 2) They have signs posted on each self checkout saying 5 items or less. They usually only have 1 or 2 employees on shift who are 99% not at the register- there are at least 4 self checkouts and if you have more than 5 items you can't use it anymore and have to not only wait for an employee to actually be at the register but wait usually in a line of people also waiting on an employee to check them out so they may pay and leave. When you get to the checkout, I have had to ask multiple times for them to pull up the phone number screen for you to use any coupons or discounts, ive already lost more than $30 by them not allowing me to do so at the register because they dismiss the page as soon as it's there. Last there while in line, myself and another customer talked about how these key changes have made the store a hassle and not worth being a customer there any longer. I don't see this location being in business much longer when they have made it far too much trouble...

Our Dollar Store in Advance Mo has came a long way for our small town. Their like are little mini Walmart, which is a good 35min drive away. They have a selection of everything you can think of, an adding more each day. For a small town store it's amazing how they have a great selection of everything from clothes, shoes, household goods and wares. Beauty & bath.
