Please look at other options! They run these discount prices for botox to get you in! I have had botox in the past with great results. Went here because it was closer to where i live and were offering a new client discount. I needed to go back after 2 weeks because I ended up with deep wrinkle above each eye at the corners as well as forehead movement with wrinkles They tell you to wait to 2 weeks for it to take effect. I went 3 weeks ago for the 2nd time to correct the issue. The nurse I saw said it should not have looked like that and gave me units to correct it and only charged me for 1 unit. I didn't expect to be charged to fix the issue, but didn't complain and paid. I waited 3 weeks this time because I figured I'd give an extra week. Mind you, I've had it in the past else where and never had an issue and it always lasted 4 to 5 months for me. I went today because there is still an issue with the same areas. I was seen by the first nurse and she was willing to charge me lol and recommended Dysport which is cheaper per unit however you require more units then botox which ends up costing more $ then botox! I basically was told that the botox plateaud and is now starting to not work lol It's only been a little under 2 months since my first appointment. I asked to speak to an office manager and was told there isn't one. Please check out the Shot Shop in Enfield or Longmeadow. Such a scam!
ATTENTION Jessica, In response to your comment on my review, Not only do I find it unprofessional, misleading and grossly exaggerated, it proves the unprofessionalism of your establishment. I went through alot of your reviews and just as I expected I am NOT the only client who has experienced exactly what i have. Your defensive attack on the consumer is also evident in your response to negative reviews. I actual find that threatening because it sets the tone for consumers who are not happy with services rendered to fear retaliation for posting their experience. I find you to be inexperienced or uneducated in customer service and that's unfortunate for everyone. I discovered after my interaction with Ali today that this is an EMPLOYEE OWNED business, basically you can easily get away with deceiving the public. Nobody is overseeing what's going on and you believe the employees over the consumers. I'll address a few things you stated in your reply to my review. You don't refer to ppl as " patients" their clients lol Its a spa, correct? I was NEVER satisfied , clearly you know this. I have the text to prove it. I NEVER said I have a budget, I did question the difference in the 2 products you had a special on as well as how many units I would need. Today at my appointment I told Ali I was very disappointed I asked to speak with the office manager and she stated there wasn't one. I asked who I could contact that is responsible for the running of the spa and she said Jessica. I asked for contact information and she rudely told me that she would give my contact information to you. I did state I would file a complaint with the Board. The receptionist was pleasant and had no hesitation giving me your contact info. ( why couldn't Ali?) It's very evident that when you receive a negative review you hammer down immediately having ppl put good reviews. It shows the time, in case you don't know that lol. I went as far back as 2 yrs and it happens with every negative review. Clearly your trying to bury the negative and keep those stars up. I have every right as a consumer to write a review. I apologize for being brutally honest, my concern isn't for you, it is for others. This is very unfortunate because if you/co owners had done the right thing the first time I would have been a returning customer and your business would have made alot more more $ in the future. As well as referrals to friends. Instead I will warn them to never go to med spa. Try and do better in the future. This isn't a positive way to do business. I want to say that everyone was nice calm cool and friendly. This was a very professional environment very nice and clean. I have no complaints about the staff and location per se.
My issues come more in the lines of helping others such as myself. Do not go into any of these places without complete knowledge. Do not do anything to yourself without complete knowledge. even after your first consultation and provided information.. Sit on it and do more research, make sure that you absolutely understand COST and product. the difference and time it will take, it's not as sweet and simple, its a process.
I felt that I did not only financially put out more than I expected to or understood. I did not receive the results that I was in a sense told I would receive. I was first given options between three different types of injectables that would resolve fine lines temporarily. I went with botox because I was convinced that it was ultimately what would give me what I wanted and the best for what I wanted. I immediately noticed the difference in one of my areas and with time that particular area had definitely worked as explained. However the other parts of that area that was supposed to work together did not. Then I went in for a different matter and I was told that they could fix the issue for me to give it a little more time though. I gave it the time and then I went in for that help. One promised complimentary option for minor adjustment if it was that it didn't take. but that I would have to pay if it's just that I did not receive the results I wanted?! I hesitantly agreed but my issue with that is I wasn't explained that it might not go the way I want it the 1st time. I was not explained I may need to come back a few times to get what I wanted. Either way I went ahead and I went back I explained that one part did its job the other parts did not... The complimentary part went out the window immediately she didn't even entertain the option. Regardless I didn't argue it I paid what I needed to pay to reach my results that I thght I would receive with the first substantial payment. That was the first part that was upsetting for me. The second part that became upsetting is the final portion of what needed addressing. I was now being told that Botox would not be the option for that area that I would have to use something else called fillers. Not only did it cost more but it also would require a different appointment. When I initially came in they never said it would be different products to reach my results. I was under the impression with my initial process I would reach the goals I was expecting. Perhaps that's on me for not doing better research. Or perhaps for not fully understanding. But even after two visits for the same process... I never did receive the full results of what I wanted. And unfortunately I will not be reaching the full results because again I did not at any point understand that it would take another product to get there. The only reason however that I took two stars is because one I feel that some of the information was simply not clear. The second star because I feel that no one was on the same page if you talk to one person the next person said something or felt something or did something different than the other whom explained it. I also want women to be aware that this is an expensive process. It might seem like it's not because of deals and things they might put in place but it is an expensive process. And you can expect to visit more than two or three times to get the results. I am not saying this is fault of this location or these ladies I'm just saying do your homework. However if you have done this before and you can afford it and you know what you need go for it. They also offer other great services that are...

If they can't even address you like their professional how could they possibly tend to you like a professional. Then might I add they tell you you got a deal for 20 units and what they don't tell you is you will absolutely require more than 20 units so something that you think you're going to pay $200 for you wind up paying almost 500. And then you have no receipt to prove what exactly the 500 went into why it came out to so much or anything. I don't know that seemed kind of scammish if you ask me. Up from pricing gives an individual the knowledge of ability to afford or not
The update: response to response: First of all I have every right to leave whatever review I feel like it so you feel free to contact whoever you want to and tell them whatever you want to but your threats are so meaningless to me. This is my fact whether or not you know is also irrelevant to me. And as far as you giving receipts to everyone first of all let me just tell you that not all of your employees do for your information and nor do your receipts specify broken down detail it's just specifies that the customer paid you such amount so take that somewhere else as well. I will remove the fake comments part because well I don't really know if they're fake but I assume they are. Other than that everything I said is the exact fact of some of us experience. You don't like it then fix the problem your breakdown of your sales is terrible no you do not specify to a customer that they will be paying more than what your sale is.
