I went to Boosted hoping for a screen repair on my Samsung S22 Ultra, to make a long story short I couldn't claim it under insurance so I had to find someone that could do it and pay out of pocket. Ultimately, my screen was repaired twice but because the phone had been through some stuff it just wasn't back to 100%. However, I was to blame for that... James did everything he could and went above amd beyond to get my S22 back up and running. I can't tell you how appreciative I am for helping as much as you did and even giving me the best advice possible. I now have the S24 Ultra and because of your sound advice I'm back with my Samsung and all is right in my world. Solid thank you to James and everyone at Boosted, you guys are a very needed business and I hope you consider expanding to other areas like Edenton or even Elizabeth City! You guys were phenominal at helping and the time to repair was seriously record timing....

Took a 2019 macbook pro to have them look at since the person I got it from, couldn't figure out how to get his stuff sll the way out so I could make it mine. He had already deleted his files and all that kind of stuff but couldn't get it cleaned. Boosted took the macbook and placed it on the workbench, plugged some different cords into it and BAM he cleared it and he had to reload internet programming and about 20 minutes later, I was putting my info in and voila, new computer. I'm so thankful that Boosted Technologies is in our town. They have never failed me and I've been a customer since they',ve been in area. I wouldn't take my computers or phones anywhere else Thank you guys. Loyal...

The only shop I take my electronics to!!! Excellent Staff.. speedy service and he always fixes it right the first time! The most outstanding thing I can say about the service is.... I’m not always able to bring my equipment to him in the middle of what I call a crisis..lol! .. do to having a photo shoot going on at the exact same time (story of my life ..lol).. but he always sends someone out to get me back up and running in no time! Two thumbs up from this Photographer.. I would be a complete mess with out this...
