I live here, so my rating is a bit Biased. But for what it is worth, economical waterfront living, fishing is great, once you learn the area. You have to drive a ways to shop , but country living is that way, so be prepared to make a list of everything you need , because you dont just...

We love this river! Easy access to the boat dock! Beautiful scenery without too many boats. A fun place to go tubing...

Had a good time on the water and caught some fish to. I put boat in at 258 bridge and it takes only a few minutes...
