I was given a gift certificate of $150 to this establishment less than 30 days ago. Due to my travel schedule there were no appointments available that would suit my work schedule until late July. So I had not booked any sessions yet for their services. this past Friday we received the notice that they were going out of business. I went into the store to see if possibly I can get a refund since I would not be able to come in their last week of business. Of course I was told no and I had to spend $150 on products in the store that I’m not sure I will ever use. But considering the situation, the young woman that assisted me was not the most pleasant. she was very busy trying to help me and help someone in the back room not giving me the attention that you would expect for someone that’s getting ready to pick out $150 worth of items and potentially be a future customer for their online business. I could be wrong, but I would assume that within less than 30 days ago, They knew they were going out of business and it would’ve been better business practices to have withdrawn from their website the option to purchase gift certificates to be quite honest, I did not want $150 with the items from a store that I’ve never tried before. With this said I will not be an online customer. business advice I would take this opportunity to cultivate those coming in to purchase your items and use their own useless gift certificates to hopefully make them future clients/customers. I LOVE Aiken Wellness! The minute I walk through the door I feel more relaxed, and everyone there is so kind and friendly! So far I’ve only gotten to use the Halo IR (twice) and the PEMF cocoon, but they were both wonderful! The first time I used them, I actually took a nap in both- a welcome relief after having trouble sleeping after a car accident and breaking my right hand. My hand also healed in record time, and I can’t even tell it was broken now 4 months after, and I’m sure the chromotherapy and red light therapy in the halo, as well as the special frequency of the PEMF they set it to for broken bones were instrumental in that quick healing. Some of my favorite products Haley carries are Elderberry & Honey Tonic, Tallow Balm, and Magnesium Butter. 💕 I help teach workshops each month and love all the awesome people I get to meet there! My kids love to visit the Tower Garden as well! 💗 I highly recommend that anyone looking for better health or just wanting to be pampered a little check it out!

I visited the spa today, and I am grateful that I did. It is a lovely facility with wonderful staff. The retail area is great, with an awesome selection of natural products. I had the salt spa/red light treatment for my asthma, and also the ionic foot bath. I really felt a difference afterwards. It helped greatly with my inflammation and circulation in my feet. I have been taking medication for edema for a couple of years now. I did some walking afterwards, and noticed my shoes were looser on my feet — they weren't as swollen, and I had improved circulation - it was like some measure of normalcy was restored. I also felt a lot less fatigued and was able to do more today than I have in a while. Overall, I had less joint paint today. I will definitely be back. The staff was wonderful, and it is a real sanctuary space. I hope the community will experience and support this wonderful facility, and wish the owner and staff every success with this business.
