Wacky Wayne's Fireworks — Local services in Aiken County

I literally spent $344.26 on fireworks for my kids so we wouldn't have to go out anywhere. WORST MISTAKE EVER! The box I bought kept misfiring. I literally had my husband shoot them far away and on a concrete surface and they kept exploding and catching the grass on fire and I ended up getting shot in the leg by one that exploded while trying to move my kids. I can't even get anyone to answer the phone to complain!! UPDATE** I spoke with a manager at a different location and was told that because I threw away the duds and misfires, he doubts they'll provide me with anything even though I have multiple witnesses and photos of my leg! $344.26 down the drain and my kids didn't even get to enjoy...

Purchased almost $80 worth of small fireworks. Almost have of what I purchased the fuses fell out or were duds that didnt go off after lit. Had a few that were plastic that disintergrated in my hand from dry rot. Took them back to see if they could make it right some way. Was told sorry all sales are final no refunds no matter what. So im left with $80 worth of defective fireworks. No attempt made at customer service or to do anything to rectify the situation. I didnt expect a full refund but something to show you even cared you sold me...
