WOW!!! We threw a party and had Skol cater the event for us. The food was amazing and wow'd the crowd. You'll struggle to find a better burger...anywhere. The cheese curds are BETTER than those at the State Fair, too. This is real, gourmet food in a truck. Our entire experience was terrific and we are already planning our next excuse to have Skol Foods...
