Thanks to Franky, Rich and Darryl (Too Tall), from the kitchen staff for being so naturally kind! They canāt change the food.. I'm assuming it has something to do with money⦠if it doesn't make sense ⦠its usually because of money⦠Its a āFor Profitā kind of place sooo they save money where they can. Wouldn't want any Christmas bonuses cut into!! Let me make this clear⦠ā the staff doesnāt get a bonus⦠The staff is great.. they just need more of them. The call lights get answered pretty quickly for the most! The administrator Im still unsure about. Rich, he seems to be trying to make this a better place, but good staff keep quitting.
Either way, my son (Chris) and I highly recommend this place, as long as the staff they have right now doesn't quit. Every name mentioned here is an asset to the Saber corporation. I have a few more names that were assets too but have since quit. Miss you Ms.Rhoda!
Update: i apologize! I forgot to mention the maintenance crew and supply guy!! There might be chaos If it weren't for Rich-Mahmadi and also Zach!! They have helped my son so much and have insured his safety so incredibly well!! It was rude of me to forget the people who ensure everyoneās safety in this building and make things work and ensure theres enough of everything...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI came from the hospital to be transported here to Bath Manor. The night before at the hospital I was at. I saw the reviews for here. Now I'm really not wanting to go there because of the reviews I had read. Let me tell you. I have had to go to a nursing home twice before after major surgeries. I did not like it there. So based on past experience and the reviews I had read for Bath Manor. I was very much dreading coming here. After my stay here I want to say. I hope I never have to go to a nursing home again for any reason. But if I had to,I will be requesting to come back here. The first day that I arrived here the staff here so welcomed me to be here. It really took me off guard how very nice everyone was. They have a weekly to monthly menu. They give you so much food here, it's impossible to say your still hungry. If you do not like what's on the menu for that day. They have another menu you can choose what ever you want from that list to eat what you would like. I came in here as a Trac patient. The respiratory team here is awesome. Joe and Maureen are the two I had almost all the time. They are Wounderful. The nurses I had to care for me on a regular basis Lovely, Stephanie, there is another night nurse her name is Cathy. But one night my sugar was dropping, I asked for The nurse. She asked what I wanted I told her. And what would help and she brought that plus I believe it was part of her lunch here at work. It was home made and I so enjoyed the cake. The PT AND OT staff here is also great. And lastly but not least the two main aides here I had was Geneva, and Andrea. They are both awesome. The staff here is real good to help you to get what ever your needs are from meds to something to eat. Or to a listening ear. Also one day I was pretty discouraged and down, and a staff member named meme came to me to tell me something so personal. She had no idea to what I was going through or what I was feeling. But she just felt in her heart to tell me 4 words. Those 4 words money couldn't have bought what she said. And it so lifted my spirits up. I told her then what was going on, for her to understand why she felt to tell me what she did. I would very much say to bring your self or your loved one here. I actually enjoyed my stay here. THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF AT BATH MANOR. YOU GUYS ROCK!!! They also have a wounderful social worker here. She was very helpful in helping me to get ready to leave her and my stay here. As I go home...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am utterly appalled and deeply disturbed by the egregiously negligent care my sister received at Bath Manor during her one-month stay. This facility not only failed to provide the most basic aspects of care, such as regular showers and timely changes from soiled diapers, but also egregiously ignored her medical needs and safety. The staff regularly left her call light unanswered, treating her needs as an inconvenience, and had the audacity to cite being short-staffed as an excuse for their neglect.
The lack of communication from the facility was astonishing. As her medical Power of Attorney, I was left in the dark, with no updates on her condition or any communication from the in-house physician. But what is truly unforgivable is the facilityās handling of a serious fall my sister experienced under their care. This incident was not reported to our family; I learned about it through her roommate, a fact the facility could only confirm after being confronted. Following this fall, my sister was admitted to the hospital in a comatose state, fighting for her life with a blood infection and dangerously high levels of ammonia in her system.
The administration, particularly the director of nursing, exhibited a shocking level of passive-aggressiveness, and the nurse I managed to speak with was outright rude, ending our conversation by slamming the phone down, claiming she was not dealing with family members that day. My sisterās life is on the line, and all we are met with is indifference and hostility.
If I could, I would rate Bath Manor in the negatives for their deplorable lack of care and sheer negligence. They have not only neglected my sister but also utterly failed our family, betraying our trust in the most devastating...
