Visited 20MAY2022 - 22MAY2022. Played all three courses and stayed on property in a villa. Every member of the staff I interacted with was extremely friendly. The courses were in excellent condition. The Fazio and South courses are older. The North course is newer. Although the North course has significantly more water it was easier than both the Fazio and South courses. The accommodations were spacious and excellent. The villas are perfect for a group as they have individual rooms, with social rooms that includes a pool table, wet bar, and TV. The restaurants were a bit pricey for the portion size and flavoring. The service is a bit slow due to being short staffed. The steak & egg breakfast burrito at the shack (outside the pro shop) is excellent. Unfortunately, on my day 2 they didn't make any. The excuse was they don't sell many. Huh? It's the first item on the menu. I waited 30 min. for them to make more. When the steak & egg burritos were done they were actually made on English muffins. The egg was over easy, which I like, but I was expecting scrambled, like the previous morning. Also, the steak was replaced with the previous night's pot roast. Save it to say I was disappointed. Lastly, our group had a single fore caddy each round who also helped with bunkers and on the green. I'm not used to playing with a caddy so I have my routines that make me comfortable. My group had the same caddy for two rounds. I didn't feel this caddy was appropriate for the caliber of Firestone. Specifically, I didn't appreciate this caddy marking and picking up my ball on the green before I had a chance to see the putt. Sometimes before I got to the green. Others in my group had the same concern. I had to tell this caddy to stop. Besides, USGA rule 14.1b indicates that only the player can mark their ball unless you authorize someone to do so. And, that authorization must occur each time. I'm used to reading my own putts without input. Unsolicited input only serves to enter doubt into my read. This caddy would stand in front of me to block my view as I was reading my putt and would step on everyone's line while reading putts for others. Lastly, there were several times when this fore caddy failed to remember where tee shots that didn't make the fairway ended up and in a few cases correctly identifying balls in the fairway. Good thing we identify our golf ball before making a shot. The purpose of the fore caddy is to speed up play. Our group was behind 15 - 30 minutes each round and got warnings. It's the fore caddies job to help speed up play. Overall great courses, great accommodations, average dining, poor caddying.

Great caddies and back 9 on the turf bar cart service. Fast play and well maintained fairways and boundaries. Great service and club house. Will be back next season love you people.

My college aged kids were home on spring break. We had a great time at Big Shots Golf! Family fun, great food, and top-notch service. We'll definitely be back!

The fact that they have a whole restaurant in this place is insane! Definitely worth a visit, even if you aren't really into golf much, like me. You will not be dissatisfied! This place is the real deal with so many purchase options for golfing apparel and accessories! The exterior looks impressively maintained! Each plant right outside the entrance has its own water supply for keeping healthy and fresh! What a beautiful place with very...

Putting in a whole new driving range program( like Topgolf ) I quess? Play was slow, no golf etiquette. Bells to ring on fairways, forget it. Quess they couldn't read? Talking on the greens after everyone was already done. Talking on their phones on the green. What the hell, I don't believe your last name was Firestone. It's hard to believe they're are other people out there trying to golf too!!! Maybe along time before...
