I had a death in the family very unexpected , really Young 28years old.. had a comic book collection..I have been hearing about for years and years.. I had The owner of the Red Curtain take a look at it for me... very nice and honest .. hand's down the best service.. took time to open almost hour early to appraised the family comic book collection.... After I called everyone else in a 50miles radius.. Ever One was very rude and unprofessional.. Uncaring people that I have ever experienced and dealt with in my life... The Red Curtain was a very kind and friendly and very professional experience..I have experience...Thank You so much for your time and expect appraisal... Sir ...the owner took money out his pocket and gave the family a good donation for our family funal exp..most unforgettable...

Hands down one of the BEST comic & memorabilia shop I have ever been to. The walls are littered with a huge assortment of key issues. A giant wall of newly released and ongoing comics. Anything from your standard Marvel & DC fair to smaller Indy publications. Funko pops, action figures, models and statues this shop had it all. Heck they even had singles of Pokemon cards and slabbed comics in the front. The guy who owns the place is extremely easy to talk to and has great plans for his business. After I had though I’d seen it all he goes and tells me there are still 3 more rooms of retro toys and dollar bin comics. Seriously if you are in the Akron area and you enjoy anything nerd culture related you NEED to make sure...

Love making weekly stops here. They always have what I’m looking for and then some. I’ve collected comics my entire life, and this is one of the best comic stores I’ve ever found. There is likely not a better selection of new issues and key issues (graded or ungraded) anywhere around. They have a seamless pull list process for preorders and orders as well. Plus, they have vintage toys, trades, trading cards, and video games- something for everyone. Owner and staff are wonderful as well. It’s like Cheers with comic books. Easy...
