If some people didn’t rate this place by their losses I’m positive it would have a much better rating. I’ve had some bad days and some good, but I definitely won more than I’ve lost. I’ve even hit the jackpot a couple times. My mom hit community jackpot twice her first time going. Aside from wins or losses I like the Palace a hell of a lot more than the other places down that way. I like the environment, I like the space, the food, the seating, I can charge my phone on the machines, free drinks, payouts, parking, I love the music.. only reason I rated 4 stars was because I wish it had more of a selection of newer games. I'm new to AL in general, but came here for a work meeting (I work for a staffing company). I was so surprised when I walked through the doors. Not only was it SPOTLESS, but it was SMOKELESS.

Something is going on with how they payout.. The machines are rolling like never before. A machine will act like it's paying and then it takes over $200 or more, from you before it goes back into the bonus and then it may or may not bring you up again! Half of the spins won't pay...
