The company installed an electric gate for a residential house. 2 companies were involved, one who installed the gate and American Video who installed the electronics to open and close the gate. After only 2 years the motor burned out and I was charged over $800 to replace the motor. Both companies agreed to guaranty the gate jointly before I agreed to let them install it.
