Can’t say enough good things about BTC and their staff. We had James Gambrell and Anthony Deiliberto working with us and our convenience store all morning and it couldn’t have gone smoother. We were actually short staffed this morning and they stepped in and helped with different things on top of doing the job they came out to do. Rude is an understatement. BOL'S say 06:00 told not till 06:30, sign say 07:00 on door. Check in @ 07:00 told 08:00. Then told to put in door 10 and take layer off each pallet, or $350 to unload.
