I will preface this review with the fact that I did not personally bring the cut sheet to the butcher and it was a 3rd party who did so.

We paid for a half cow which was split with another couple. It has now been about 3 months since doing so and we have had a chance to open and try most of the cuts. Firstly, I don’t even think they read our cut sheet since we asked for several different cuts which we just didn’t receive. Also, for the cuts we did receive they were nearly all bone-in when we asked for them to all be boneless. We also are having to wash all of our meat before eating because of the all the bone dust and fur left on the meats…

The only reason this review is not getting 1 star is because the packaging itself was very organized. The vacuum seal and labeling made it all very easy to distinguish. However, we did pay extra money for them to package all of the meats individually and they did not even come close to doing so. The steaks were varied from 2-4 steaks per package.

Our last minor issue was that when we went to pick up our meat, the owner simply took our check, wrote a receipt, and left without helping us separate the meat between us and our other party. This was not the biggest deal since we were all able bodied, but again speaks to the customer service.

I will not be returning to this business for any future cuts and would not recommend to anyone who wants specific cuts for their cow. Overall,...
